Jaden Yang — Manager, Inlet Cove Plumbing
Jaden Yang has been working in plumbing for over a decade, starting out as an apprentice and learning the trade from the ground up. He gained hands-on experience handling everything from basic residential repairs to full commercial system installations before founding Inlet Cove Plumbing in West Palm Beach in 2017.
Jaden takes a direct, no-nonsense approach to customer service. He is straightforward about what a job requires, honest about pricing, and shows up when he says he will. He founded Inlet Cove Plumbing because he believed there was demand in the West Palm Beach market for a plumbing company that operated with genuine integrity — one that treated every customer’s home with respect and every problem as worth solving correctly.
That hands-on management style has remained central to how Inlet Cove Plumbing operates. Jaden stays involved in day-to-day operations, maintains oversight of the quality of work performed under the company name, and holds himself and his team to a consistent standard on every job.
